Job Title:Programme Transactions Project Engineer
Rate: From £20.00 to £22.64 per Hour Ltd Co.

Position Description:
• Responsible for Programme transactions within the Module Team, meeting all defined targets and attributes (Technical and Commercial Cost, Quality & Time).
• Responsible for execution of Module related deliverables on programmes and reporting on status at relevant gateways.
• Programme specific coordination of all activities to ensure reliable delivery of the Module targets on behalf of the CoC Confirm the programme specific resources are identified and in place Agree programme specific targets for Quality, Cost & Time are compatible across the module
• Accept and monitor the cascaded programme investment, vendor tooling, D&D, piece costs Manage project deli very across the Module functions and ensure transparent communication and escalation through:
• the Architecture Module Team as required Support the Programme Management Team cadence and deliver robust accurate Module metrics as required Cascade forward planning metrics to Lead Engineers and achieve alignment across the Module on delivery commitments.
• Ensure cross-functional requirements are integrated in to CoC delivery teams (e.g. sufficiency plans, FMA, DFMEA, APQP, etc)
• Track programme weight and report at gateways as required
• Monitor and support the creation and maintenance of the APQP and PSW delivery metrics and tasks
• Manage the delivery of all AIMS and escalate sev4 or RED to the relevant governance forums
• Are the first point of contact for specific Module issues on programmes
• Facilitate cross-functional interactions where required
• Support and reinforce module team working ethos Validation of targets created in the strategy phase to ensure they can be delivered robustly (APC to Programme delivery)
• Verify Product Description Letters (PDLs) & manage them into delivery, as appropriate

Skills Required:
3 key skills required
1)Previous experience within engineering or programme planning departments
2)Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, self-confidence and a 'passion for quality
3)Ability to lead the resolution of business, technical and process issues within a Project Team environment

Experience Required:
• Preferably degree qualified
